TransUnion is a leading global information and insights company that provides businesses and consumers with the tools they need to make informed decisions. We are currently seeking a Senior Counsel for our Marketing Solutions, Media and Entertainment team. This is a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work remotely and in-person at one of our office locations for at least two days a week.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of existing commercial agreements, drafting and negotiating new complex agreements with our customers, and providing legal advice to stakeholders on the status of agreement negotiations. You will also have the opportunity to mentor team members and stay up-to-date on current legislative and regulatory developments.

What You'll Bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school
- 5-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney (in-house or law firm)
- Preferred experience in advising clients and negotiating data, integration, and technology licensing agreements in a regulated environment
- Knowledge and understanding of various areas of law, including FTC Act, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, COPPA, HIPPA, partnerships, intellectual property, data privacy and security, AI, and technology
- Active license to practice law in applicable state(s) of employment

- Ability to work independently yet seek guidance from senior attorneys when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

- Advise internal clients on legal and business issues to enable informed decision making
- Review, negotiate, and draft complex contracts and related documents
- Stay informed on current legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide formal and informal training for internal clients
- Maintain confidentiality of company-related business
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary Information:
- Base salary range: $112,500 - $187,500 annually
- Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, and location
- Eligible for annual bonus plan and other incentives
