Job Description:
- Join national Employee Benefits practice at law firm
- Flexible office location, options include: Boston, Chicago, Columbus, Los Angeles, Nashville, Newark, New York, Pittsburgh, Princeton, or Washington, DC
- Minimum of 3 years experience in employee benefits law and ERISA required
- Knowledge/experience in qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, fringe benefits, and/or mergers and acquisitions/downsizing preferred
- Strong legal and practical problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral presentation and client relations abilities
- Strong academic credentials with emphasis on communication and writing skills
- Research experience necessary
- Must be admitted to practice law in one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on employee benefits matters
- Conduct research and analysis of complex legal issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including plan documents and client communications
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions for clients
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in employee benefits law

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in employee benefits law and ERISA
- Strong understanding of qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, fringe benefits, and/or mergers and acquisitions/downsizing
- Excellent legal and practical problem-solving skills
