Director of Marketing Technology Operations (Hybrid) - Law Firm

Job Description:

- Oversee all marketing technology tools and systems supporting business development activities across the firm
- Implement processes and procedures to optimize performance and efficiency of marketing and business development efforts
- Develop and manage a firmwide platform for tracking, reporting, and analyzing marketing and business development activities
- Identify and implement innovative marketing technologies in collaboration with other departments
- Manage centralized data repositories and reporting for marketing and business development
- Collaborate with the Director of Regional Marketing & Events for centralized event operations and alumni programs
- Lead firmwide and strategic growth initiatives and projects
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and assist with implementing the firm's AI strategy
- Handle special projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of management experience

- Prior law firm experience
- Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or technology field

Salary Information (Base Salary Range):

- Illinois: $183,000 - $275,000 per year
- District of Columbia: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
- New York City: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
