- Organize and analyze asset information
- Prepare federal estate tax and gift tax returns
- Read and interpret wills and trust instruments
- Prepare and file all documents required for probate
- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a mid or large-sized law firm
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of probate process and rules
