The Opportunity:
- Join a private, public-interest law firm with a nationwide practice
- Support disabled military veterans and their families, manage bequests for nonprofit organizations, and represent individuals with denied benefits

- Utilize your administrative skills and experience to support the entire firm
Responsibilities:
- Manage all general correspondence and administrative duties
- Process inbound and outbound physical and electronic mail
- Maintain case files and submit legal documents electronically
- Learn and work with various systems, databases, and applications
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pitney Bowes Postage Meters preferred
- Previous administrative or clerical experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual base salary of $35,360 - $38,480 based on experience

Additional Details:
- Full-time position reporting to the law firm's headquarters in Providence, RI
