Proof of Claim Processor
The candidate will prepare and process of Proof of Claim and 410A Proof of Claim Attachment. Prepare Proof of Claim (410 Form) and Proof of Claim 410A Attachment. Pack all essential loan documents. File documents with the Bankruptcy Court. Follow up with client for necessary loan documents, account information, and figures. Update client system with status of Proof of Claim. Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys. Maintain good client relations and be detailed oriented. Assist with other duties and special projects as needed. Meet all client and court deadlines and requirements. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Take initiative in face of obstacles and identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Process work in compliance with Client requirements as well as SOPs and Operations Matrices. Develop professional relationships and build rapport with others.
