Paralegal-Medical Malpractice Defense The candidate will assist on medical records acquisition, organization, summarization. Will do preparation of records and deposition subpoenas. Medical record abstracts. Medical record organization. Must be willing to step in and assist with other support/clerical functions when the need arises. Should have college degree; some graduate school desirable. Must have high level of academic achievement. Experience preparing medical record abstracts is required. Must have solid writing skills and ability to do research. Strong team-work and interpersonal skills needed. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. Familiarity with electronic document systems; Worldox preferred. Familiarity with E-filing is needed.
