Morgan Lewis, a leading global law firm, is seeking a midlevel associate to join our labor management relations team within our labor and employment practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney to work with top clients and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Salary Information:
- Multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and market factors, will determine the base salary or hourly wage range for this position.
- The salary range for positions in California, New York, and Washington, DC is $225,000 to $435,000.
- For positions in Washington State, the salary range is $310,000 to $390,000.
- Final salary or hourly wages may be outside of these ranges based on individual circumstances.
- The total compensation package may also include medical, financial, and other benefits, such as eligibility for a 401(k) plan and various paid time off benefits.
- Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided upon receiving an offer of employment.

Job Title: Midlevel Associate - Labor Management Relations

Location: Multiple offices in the US (must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying)

Responsibilities:
- Advise employers on federal labor laws, including compliance, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, and ULP and R cases.
- Represent clients in related Federal and State Court litigation.
- Provide guidance and support on labor management relations matters.

Qualifications:
- Active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying.
- Experience in advising employers on federal labor laws.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent academic credentials.
