The Team:
- Seeking Senior Director with deep international tax expertise

Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive due diligence processes for potential US international tax risks and opportunities
- Analyze and interpret international tax aspects of financial models
- Provide guidance on tax implications of purchase agreements and deal structures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated tax solutions
- Offer strategic advice on tax planning initiatives and stay current on developments in international tax
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and drive business development
Qualifications:
- CPA, JD, or LLM required
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in M&A tax practice
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment

Salary:
- $175,000 - $225,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography
