- Non-profit law firm ABLE seeking passionate Attorney to represent clients in immigration court, state courts, and administrative proceedings
- Hybrid work environment with position based in Dayton, but travel required to meet with clients and attend court and USCIS offices
- Represent clients in various immigration cases such as U Visa, T Visa, asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Temporary Protected Status, VAWA self-petitions, and ancillary applications
- Must have at least two years of immigration legal practice experience and be a member of the Ohio Bar or able to be admitted by motion or temporary certification
- Strong legal, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills required, as well as cultural competence and cross-cultural communication skills
- Salary range of $58,000-$83,000 with excellent fringe benefits and potential for promotion to Senior Attorney after 5 years
