MoFo, a top-ranked global law firm, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join our Finance Practice Group in our San Francisco office. Our Finance attorneys work on complex and fast-paced transactions with a diverse group of colleagues. As a member of this group, you will have the opportunity to represent private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, specifically in connection with acquisition financings and refinancings.
We are looking for a team player with at least 4 years of law firm experience and a member of the State Bar of California.
