The candidate should also have experience in working on prosecution, due diligence, FTO, and counseling matters, as well as handling large clients with global portfolios and leading client meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a hard science background, with a focus on molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy, or antibodies. An advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
