Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing motions, complaints, briefs, and other legal documents; interviewing clients and witnesses for hearing, deposition and trial and perform all types of legal support work assigned as permitted by the rules of the State Bar. Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years experience working as a Paralegal AND Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies or the completion of at least one year of law school. Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal certificate from American Bar Association (ABA) approved program. Experience Requirements: 3 Three years' experience working in a civil litigation law firm. Skills: Ability to work independently, see tasks through fruition, excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with electronic discovery platforms.
