Key Responsibilities:
- Advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
- Managing client relationships and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements for a variety of clients with sophisticated needs
- Representing companies in capital markets transactions
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations
- Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services
Salary and Benefits:
- Expected annual pay range of $365,000+
- Final offer amount dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset
