Associate Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of the litigation process including trials, arbitrations, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Drafting pleadings, covering court hearings, and contacting clients and witnesses. Should have a Law degree JD, LLB, or equivalent from an accredited US law school. Must have 3+ years of subrogation and/or litigation experience. Admission to and in good standing with the state bar of Indiana. Good negotiation skills.
