The LASC (Los Angeles Superior Court) offers an exciting opportunity for students currently enrolled in paralegal schools, colleges, and universities throughout LA County. Our internship program provides hands-on experience in various divisions, including Civil, Criminal, and specialized programs such as the Family Law Facilitator's Office and Self-Help Centers.

As a paralegal intern, you will have the chance to assist with the preparation of legal documents for cases involving child support, spousal support, and health insurance issues. This program also offers benefits such as exposure to different areas of law, experience in document preparation, networking opportunities, and an overview of court procedures and processes.

While the internship positions are unpaid, they offer vital experience for those interested in pursuing a career as a paralegal. To be eligible, interns must have completed prerequisite courses in Civil Litigation and/or Family Law. The program also requires a commitment of at least one semester and a minimum of 12 hours per week.
