Responsibilities of the Mail Room Clerk include:

Sorting and distributing incoming mail to appropriate departments or individuals.
Preparing outgoing mail for delivery to post office or courier.
Scanning and filing documents into appropriate client files.
Entering data into computer software system.
Labeling documents within the computer software system.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Adhering to all laws and regulations, including the FDCPA.
Following company policies and procedures.
Completing in-house training and certifications.

Qualifications for the Mail Room Clerk position include:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous office experience preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and ability to use standard office equipment.
Basic computer skills and ability to use a calculator.
Familiarity with internet and web mail for business purposes.
Ability to refer to policies and procedures when making decisions.

Compensation:

- per hour.
Full-time or part-time schedule with flexible hours.
