Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2-4 years of business immigration experience. Must have a relevant bachelor's degree and experience analyzing case documents for the preparation of various types of cases including non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E2, E3, O-1), PERM, and immigration (EB1, EB2, EB-3, AOS) applications (. H-1B, TN, E2, L, PERM, EB-1) with the appropriate government agencies. Must be able to multitask and produce a high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be expected to communicate the progress of cases, status, and issues to clients, as well as assigned attorneys. Experience with INS Zoom and Excel is a plus.
