Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a legal billing environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming requests for client invoices, write-offs, discounts, bill template changes, electronic billing requests, report requests, access changes, billing rate information and other billing-related questions
- Manage billing activities for assigned electronic billing clients, attorneys, and complex clients and matters
- Configure and maintain electronic billing profiles with assigned e-billing vendors
- Monitor accounts receivable and unbilled time and costs to ensure timely billing and payment
- Consult with attorneys and legal administrative assistants to identify solutions for meeting client billing requirements
- Utilize billing systems, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools to respond to information requests
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Maintain confidentiality of financial matters
- Enforce compliance with firm and finance department policies and procedures
- Prioritize workload and maintain excellent organizational skills
Skills:
- Strong experience with electronic billing across various client e-billing systems
- Extensive knowledge of Aderant Expert legal billing solutions
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High level of customer service and ability to build positive team relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Thorough understanding of firm and finance department policies and procedures
