Project Manager (Remote):
- Manage projects remotely while working from home
- Responsible for client experience, schedule, scope, and cost of project
- Ensure high quality and successful project completion
- Consult with clients to determine requirements and provide best practices and workflow advice
- Submit requirements into workflow system
- Track progress internally to meet timelines and budget management
- Act as advocate for client needs and communicate progress and satisfaction
- Work with internal team and Corporate Business Systems team on project scope and processes
- Gather requirements from various personnel and communicate to appropriate teams
- Assist in planning testing and data migration efforts
- Manage Shared Services' expectations and provide routine status updates
- Provide proactive communication and escalate inquiries or issues
- Consolidate requirements and clarify priorities before implementation
- Identify and document new processes for efficiency
- Communicate work instructions and requirements to Operations team
- Provide guidance and work direction for active projects
- Demonstrate and present requirements to implementation partners
- Maintain understanding of industry trends and company products and technologies
- Obtain knowledge of operating and business systems
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication
- Establish best practices with clients and address prioritization issues
- Plan and clarify workflow and requirements with business owners and steering committee
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support industry
- Successful management of multiple projects
- Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage expectations and needs
- Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of project management, consulting, litigation support, or paralegal experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing, and legal document review
