- Location: Remote eligible, with offices in Billings, Montana; Denver, Colorado; Fargo, North Dakota; Irvine, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Phoenix, Arizona

- Experience: 4-8 years in tax planning and estate planning in public accounting, law firms, or a related field
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license or JD/LLM (taxation)

Job Description:
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
- Advise and consult on estate planning process, including cash flow projections, business succession, and estate preservation
- Interpret and review legal documents related to estate and business succession planning
- Conduct technical research on estate, gift, GST, tax planning, and compliance matters
- Manage client relationships and seek solutions to add value to client experience
- Assist in preparation of marketing materials and present internal and external webinar trainings
- Coach and mentor staff
- Collaborate with firm's Wealth Transition Services team on various projects
Typical Day in the Life:
- Advise and consult on estate planning process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license or JD/LLM (taxation)
- 4-8 years of experience in tax planning and estate planning in public accounting, law firms, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lead and coordinate large tax planning engagements
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Experience in business development and networking
