Position Summary:

The Tax Senior Associate will be responsible for providing individual tax compliance and advisory services for high net worth business clients in our Business Tax Services practice. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience to clients and their owners, building and managing relationships with clients, and managing teams of tax professionals focused on delivering tax services. The Senior Associate will also participate in market and business activities external to the firm and assist with partnership and corporate tax compliance during slower periods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual tax compliance and advisory services for high net worth business clients
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience to clients and their owners
• Build and manage relationships with clients
• Manage teams of tax professionals focused on delivering tax services
• Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm
• Assist with partnership and corporate tax compliance during slower periods

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of individual tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm

• Experience with individual, estate and gift, trusts and foundations, and partnership taxation
• Excellent advisory and compliance skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams
