Role and Responsibilities:

- Work on complex commercial litigation matters for top-tier clients
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage and organize case materials and documents
- Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and handle client inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
