The firm is currently seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join their highly rated Agency and Trust team in New York. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of legal experience in structured finance, specifically with Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Whole Business Securitization, Triple-Net (NNN), Auto, Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), and other securitization products. The associate will work closely with partners, counsel, and other associates in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities will include representing various service providers in structured finance transactions, reviewing and negotiating primary and ancillary documents, communicating with clients and transaction counterparties, and supporting the overall practice.
