Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will day-to-day file management, client correspondence, obtain and review medical records, and preparing demand notices for claims. Assist with gathering accident details, insurance information, police reports, etc. for personal injury cases. File handling and maintaining consistent client contact to stay on top of treatment and issues which may arise. Maintain accurate information in the Case Management System, Medical logs, and faxing material to the insurance adjusters. Draft, prepare and review documents and general correspondences. Prepare demands for cases. Prepare settlement statements for cases. Liaison between clients and attorneys. Handle liens such as DAS, Medicare, ERISA, etc.. Prepare mediation/arbitration books. Maintain and manage the attorney's schedule. General administrative support. Should have 1+ years of Legal experience. Should preferably have 1+ years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury files. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
