Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on various US and global partnership transactions, including data licenses, SaaS, marketing, and commercial contracts.
- Understand the technical and business implications of transactions and help manage legal and business risks.
- Focus on increasing scalability and efficiency through process improvement.
Qualifications:
- . degree from an ABA accredited law school or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial/transactional contract drafting, negotiation, and deal management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude and high energy.
Salary Information:
- Competitive compensation package with strong pay-for-performance approach.
- Expected base pay range of $205,000 - $277,500 for Bay Area California and $194,000 - $262,500 for Southern California.
- Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
