- Seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with experience in Asset Management and Investment Funds
- Responsible for managing all aspects of lateral lawyer and law student recruitment for the Asset Management & Investment Funds practice area across all . offices
- Collaborate with practice area leaders and other administrative members to identify strategic hiring needs and coordinate with global team members for international recruitment
- Develop relationships and maintain regular contact with legal search firms
- Facilitate the Power of Partnership Program in collaboration with clients and candidates
- Manage on-campus and job fair interview programs, including pre-OCI communication, interviewing, and event planning
- Conduct market research on student recruiting trends and collaborate with internal departments for data-driven strategies
- Manage orientation, on-boarding, and integration of lateral associate hires
- Assist in recruitment for other practice areas as needed
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Must be highly motivated, creative, and able to work independently under pressure
