We are currently seeking a Senior Assistant General Counsel, Manager - Litigation to join our dynamic and high-performing litigation team. This role will report to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and will be responsible for overseeing litigation, investigation matters, and other legal issues for all Intuit Inc. products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve a wide range of lawsuits and pre-litigation disputes to achieve good business and legal results
- Drive responses to investigation matters and inquiries involving regulators and other government entities
- Develop strategies for managing and resolving cases and investigations
- Conduct internal investigations and fact development, including working with witnesses
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Legal Department and business partners to achieve good business and legal results
- Help manage Intuit's responses to third-party requests for information and protect the data of our Company, employees, and customers
- Supervise in-house legal support staff
- Oversee outside counsel and legal service providers, manage budgets, and support litigation and investigations reporting
- Draft policies and internal procedures, and conduct training to educate business partners
- Champion data-driven decisions and add rigor to internal processes

Salary Information:

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

- Bay Area California: $243,000 - $329,000
- Southern California: $230,000 - $311,500
- Washington DC: $207,000 - $280,000

In addition, this position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. We conduct regular comparisons to ensure pay equity for all employees.

Qualifications:

- JD in good standing with at least one . state bar and the ability to practice law in your local jurisdiction
- 15+ combined years of experience in enforcement and investigations with a top-tier law firm, in-house legal department, and/or government office
- Prior experience managing direct reports preferred
- A good litigator's mindset: goes the extra mile, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in the work
- A good business partner’s mindset: comfortable balancing risk and opportunity, thinks creatively, and enables smart decisions
