Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal
The candidate' must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and be able to think and work independently. Applicants should have strong communication, writing, organizational and computer skills. Applicants should also have strong time-management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks from several partners and associates with conflicting deadlines at the same time. Must be familiar working in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Experience with Relativity and Westlaw preferred, but not required. Significant experience with complex electronic filing is required. This role will require assisting with voluminous discovery requests and responses, document productions, exhibits, and motion practice.
