Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve document issues quickly and efficiently
- Work collaboratively in a team setting
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Maintain strong working relationships
- Communicate professionally and timely
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Possess strong proofreading and problem-solving skills
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office programs

Requirements:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proofreading experience preferred
- Positive and flexible team player
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving abilities

This is a remote position with the following shift:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am – 4:15pm CST; Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm CST

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
