The law firm of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Mt. Laurel office. We are a multidisciplinary law firm that is dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and staff in their day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing discovery documents, working with third party vendors, organizing and scheduling events, entering time into our firm management system, and ensuring proper documentation is saved. Excellent communication skills are a must for this position, as you will be expected to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software is preferred. We are looking for a self-motivated and independent thinker with strong time management and organizational skills. The ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Please note that this position requires you to work in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare discovery documents, including HIPAAs/Subpoenas
- Work with third party vendors
- Organize and schedule events in a timely manner
- Enter time into firm management system
- Ensure proper documentation is saved
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

Qualifications:

- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
