Job Summary:
The Americas/Corporate International Tax Manager will work with a team of tax professionals to provide guidance on corporate and international tax issues for large-scale, cross-border engineering and construction projects around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax compliance, provision, forecast, and audit documents
- Support transfer pricing planning and documentation
- Advise on international tax planning for the Americas region
- Provide counsel and develop tax strategies and policies
- Research tax implications of proposed transactions and restructurings
- Identify and communicate tax issues to senior management
- Build relationships with internal colleagues and external advisors
- Assist with tax objections or appeals in the Americas region
- Expand knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or international equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant work experience
- CPA, JD, or Masters in Taxation degree preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
