### Job Description
The Senior Associate/Junior Partner will be expected to handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. Responsibilities will include managing a caseload with minimal supervision, conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, engaging in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes, collaborating with other attorneys and support staff, participating in business development initiatives, and mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and paralegals.
### Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess a . from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with a state bar association. Additionally, the candidate should have 2-10 years of experience practicing family law, excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, strong negotiation and mediation skills, the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload, a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus.

## Job Title: Senior Associate/Junior Partner - Family Law
## Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
## Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements
- Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
- Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals
