Paralegal Candidate will assist multiple attorneys with various administrative tasks. Must have 3+ years of meaningful legal secretarial or paralegal experience with multiple attorneys. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, estate planning, intellectual property or real estate a plus. Must be self-disciplined and proactive, able to identify and complete critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency. Must have strong organizational skills with ability to adapt to fast changing environment. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe; experience with Worldox a plus.
