Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be serving as a liaison between the client and attorney, conduct client interviews, prepare and draft motions, prepare and review discovery, calculate child support worksheets, prepare trial notebooks and aid in trials as well as mediation/deposition hearings. High school or equivalent experience is required. Should have 2+ years of Family law and 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Should preferably have 4+ years of Paralegal experience.
