**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a nationally renowned immigration law firm located in San Francisco, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, assist with data entry and document preparation, and communicate with clients in both English and Spanish. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 50k-60k and includes benefits such as paid time off, medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with data entry, calendaring deadlines, document preparation, intake and phone screening, court filings, opening cases, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Communicating effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Supporting the team with other office-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred; law firm experience highly desired.
- College degree preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient or advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of LawLogix and Centerbase a plus.

Requirements:
