Immigration Paralegal The candidate will do family Base Petitions and EOIR Immigration Forms (I-130, I-485, N-400, I-601A, I-90, I-765, I-131, 42A/B, I-589), NVC, CP, DACA, FOIA, etc. Will be answering telephones, comfortable being on the phone with potential clients. General administrative tasks including Accounts Receivable/New retainers. Proofreading documents. Should have 4+ years experience in processing immigration forms with USCIS, EOIR, and NVC. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have proficient computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet, etc. Must have professional written and verbal communication skills. Should have superior proofreading skills.
