Intellectual Property Counsel (B6) - Apply Now!
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel management and technologists on IP matters involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, and IP transactions
- Analyze IP landscapes, perform risk assessments, and develop sustainability strategies
- Develop and manage a global patent portfolio, including managing outside counsel, improving patent quality and scope, and tracking budget
- Collaborate with Litigation team on IP procurement and enforcement strategies
- Develop programs to protect IP and achieve business goals
- Lead and contribute to the development of business processes and policies
Basic Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from accredited law school
- Bar admissions in US and USPTO registration numbers
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, or Materials Science
- 7+ years of legal experience with focus on patent portfolio development and management, IP agreements, and knowledge of IP law in Asian countries

Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $196, - $269,
- Salary will be based on location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and internal equity
