Job Title:
Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager
Experience Information:
8-10 years of related attorney recruiting experience, preferably with a large law firm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research, analyze, and communicate hiring intelligence to firm leadership
Identify market trends and develop recruitment strategies in alignment with firm goals
Meet regularly with office and practice leadership to review hiring needs and potential candidates
Manage and coordinate recruitment process for attorney candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with search firms and counterparts in other firms
Coordinate law student recruitment and summer/first-year associate programs
Assist with candidate and market research as needed
Maintain applicant database and generate reports
Participate in local NALP city group chapter and adhere to NALP guidelines and best practices
Perform special projects as requested by Chief Talent Officer
Assist with department activities and perform additional duties as assigned
Skills and Competencies:

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with candidates, search firms, and personnel at all levels
Provide exceptional client service

Qualifications and Prior Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
8-10 years of related attorney recruiting experience, preferably with a large law firm
Working knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Law Firm Seeks Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager in Atlanta
Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is looking for an Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This is a full-time position, with a hybrid remote work option available. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
As the Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with firm leadership to manage the recruitment process for attorneys at all levels, including shareholders, lateral associates, and non-track attorneys. This role may also involve providing support to other offices.
Responsibilities for this position include researching and analyzing hiring trends, developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with search firms, and managing the entire recruitment process for attorney candidates. You will also be responsible for coordinating law student recruitment and summer/first-year associate programs. Additionally, you will assist with market and candidate research, maintain applicant databases and records, and participate in local NALP city group meetings.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, and the ability to provide outstanding client service. To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You should also have 8-10 years of related attorney recruiting experience, preferably with a large law firm. Knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is also required.
