Are you a highly skilled corporate attorney with experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and finance? **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in Washington, DC is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join our corporate practice group and work with a diverse range of clients in industries such as beverage & food, lodging and hospitality, digital media, and banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity finance transactions
- Collaborate with deal teams of varying sizes
- Coordinate with specialists
- Draft principal transaction documents, ancillaries, and resolutions
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear and commercially focused manner, both written and oral
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and finance
- Comfortable working in diverse deal teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
- Dedication to high-quality work, responsiveness, and efficiency
- (or able to waive into the DC bar)
Salary Information:
- Good faith base salary range of $240,000 to $305,000 per year
- Actual salary offered will depend on factors such as years of experience, education, bar admissions, and overall qualifications
