Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare a full-range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients including: H-1B, L-1, TNs, Perms, I-140s and I-485 applications. Manage high volume clients. Track status of filings. Gather documents from relevant stakeholders. Assemble and organize filings with the government. Contact various government agencies for status updates. Help back office to process paperless system. Demonstrate ability to handle case load while maintaining high level of productivity required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Attention to detail required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands required. Communicate case progress/status/issues to lawyers. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team. Ability to contribute to a positive work environment. 3-5 years' of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal required.
