The Opportunity

- Join a team of legal experts with in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection laws
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and provide guidance on potential security risks
- Stay current on evolving laws and provide strategic advice to the business
- Assist in developing and maintaining a global incident response program

What You'll Do

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity and data protection laws
- Assist in leading the development and compliance of Adobe's incident response program
- Provide legal analysis and guidance for incident response efforts
- Review and draft contracts related to data, privacy, and security
- Conduct privacy assessments and provide legal guidance for IT and security initiatives
- Develop and provide cybersecurity legal training

What You Need to Succeed

- Bachelor's degree and . degree with membership in at least one state bar
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant legal experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with strong legal and business judgment
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy laws
- Interest in new media and emerging digital technologies
- Detail-oriented and creative team player
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information

- . pay range for this position is $132,800 - $263,200 annually
- Pay may vary based on work location and job-related knowledge and experience
- Sales roles have total target compensation (TTC = base + commission)
- Non-sales roles have base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan
- Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives
