The candidate should have a strong academic background with proven research skills. Must have 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation and be licensed and admitted to practice in the state they apply to. Should be a defense litigator with a variety of practice area experience, including specialization in: employment, complex commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, construction, environmental, toxic tort, product liability, and general liability.
