Law Firm Seeking Help Desk Analyst with Competitive Salary
Overview:
Proskauer, a leading law firm known for its pragmatic and business-savvy approach, is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and issue resolution for their global organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of cutting-edge technologies and industries, including asset management, private equity, and major sports leagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level technical support for the Firm's computer, network, and telephone systems
- Generate and manage incident and service request tickets
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of current and future Firm-supported technologies
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Firm's IT knowledge base
- Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in an Information Technology Help Desk role
- Experience with legal industry specific applications such as iManage WorkSite, lnnova, and Relativity
- Familiarity with IT Service Management systems and ACD systems
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and knowledge of various software programs
- Certifications such as A+/Network+, Microsoft MCP/MOS, and Help Desk Certification a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operation a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills
Schedule and Salary Information:
- Full-time position with a shift of Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET
- Physical presence in Proskauer's offices may be required as business needs arise
- Anticipated compensation range of $65,000 - $80,000
- Actual salary offered will be based on qualifications, experience, and location
