Job Description:
- Provide legal counsel to nonprofit organizations and mission-driven businesses
- Handle nonprofit corporate law, contracts, government contracts, corporate governance, incorporation, and tax-exempt requirements
- Conduct legal research on nonprofit corporate governance matters and government contract requirements
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Create corporate governance documents
- Prepare client guidance
- Assist with corporate formation
