Real Estate Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Perform due diligence including review of title commitments, surveys and underlying title documents and entity documents, coordinate and implement transactions and closings. Organize and maintain due diligence using document management systems. Other responsibilities as client needs dictate. Attend closings in NYC and outer boroughs when necessary. Job Requirements: Should have Bachelor's degree; Must have 5+ years of commercial real estate and title & survey experience; Should have experience reviewing title commitments, surveys and related title exception documents and familiarity with ALTA title and survey standards; Knowledge of partnerships, limited liability companies, tax credit or partnership syndications, a plus.
