Responsibilities:
- Litigation experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts
- Expertise in complex commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, commercial torts, and 93A claims
- Experience with real estate industry and clients is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Drafting pleadings, conducting research, managing discovery, and taking depositions in complex civil and real estate litigation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team

Qualifications:
- MA Bar Admission required
- Experience in an AmLaw 200 firm preferred
- Strong background in complex commercial litigation matters
- Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team
