Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high profile pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, working directly with lead attorneys and the Business Development Team, on strategy and positioning.
- Interact with various departments and stakeholders to coordinate and complete fast-paced and high-profile projects.
- Maintain proposal milestones schedule and keep archives up-to-date.
- Participate in RFP notification review.
- Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings.
- Analyze and interpret requirements and objectives.
- Track and maintain a database of proposal submissions and win/loss information.
- Manage and lead the full proposal development lifecycle for cross-departmental opportunities.

Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a proposal role required.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly desired.
- Experience working within the corporate transaction sector.
- Proficiency in proposal management software and tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent deadline-oriented opportunities.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Office.
