We are currently seeking a Tax Manager - Chinese Business Services to join our team and work with our medium to large US and Chinese based clients in various industries. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop rapport with clients and actively participate in decision making with client management to understand the broader impact of current decisions and possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and develop lesser experienced staff in the areas of client engagement management and technical tax knowledge
- Determine appropriate tax objectives, scope, and methodology
- Effectively utilize technology and resources to maximize technical application
- Serve as primary engagement manager with economic responsibilities
- Develop and execute a practice development plan
- Stay updated on the latest tax trends and legislation

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of recent, related tax experience in public accounting
- Prior experience working with Inbound Chinese companies, multi-state, and middle-market clients
- Demonstrated experience in engagement management
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA or Bar License required
- Fluency in Chinese (preferably Mandarin) and English
- Willingness to travel to China
- Position may be filled as a Manager or Sr. Manager based on experience
