Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with top real estate companies
- Provide consulting and advice on tax matters to customers
- Communicate progress and resolutions to customers
- Analyze industry trends and create solutions for customers
- Collaborate with other departments to offer business solutions
- Review and develop workpapers related to tax transactions
- Review legal documentation related to tax transactions
- Manage billing and collections for engagements
- Continuously improve knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Coach and develop team members
- Grow business network and represent the firm in the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law
- Master's in Tax/LLM preferred
- 5+ years of public accounting firm experience, including managing real estate tax projects
- Experience managing teams and workflow
- Significant experience in real estate industry and partnerships
- EA License or CPA certification required
- Project and team management skills
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Proficiency in tax software and technology
